Ferrari Collides with Parked Vehicle on Sunset Boulevard
No Injuries Reported, but Significant Damage to Vehicles
The Los Angeles Police Department has confirmed that actor Michael B. Jordan, known for his role in the movie “Black Panther,” was involved in a traffic collision on Sunset Boulevard. The incident occurred shortly after 11:30 p.m. in Hollywood.
The collision, which was captured on video by an Instagram user, showed Jordan’s Ferrari racing another Ferrari. The video revealed that the Ferrari veered to the left, causing an oversteer that propelled the vehicle into the right-hand lane and ultimately into a parked Kia. The Ferrari’s brake lights were visible as the videographer drove past the scene.
Authorities reported that the collision took place on December 2 at 11:32 p.m. Jordan’s vehicle was heading westbound on the iconic Sunset Strip when it collided with the parked car. Thankfully, no injuries were reported, and an exchange of information occurred between the parties involved.
Photos from the scene displayed a damaged blue Kia, with scattered pieces of the vehicle strewn along the road. According to TMZ, there were no indications that Jordan was impaired by drugs or alcohol at the time of the accident.
Representatives for Michael B. Jordan have not yet responded to requests for comment from Fox News Digital.
The Ferrari 812 Superfast, owned by Jordan, is a high-end sports car with prices ranging from $310,000 to over $690,000. The actor has been frequently seen driving the blue luxury vehicle around town, including an instance in August 2021 when he arrived at a restaurant with a passenger in the seat beside him. In a later sighting, Jordan was observed handing over his car to a valet attendant.
Fortunately, the collision involving Michael B. Jordan’s Ferrari resulted in no injuries, but it caused significant damage to both vehicles. Authorities are continuing their investigation into the incident.
